China Offshore has marked another milestone by concluding its annual event on May 24, 2017. With panel discussions, workshops and lectures, the 2017 China Offshore Summit (Shenzhen) featured trends in wealth succession for the Chinese new rich generation, combining domestic and foreign experiences in the wealth management industry; discussions were made in the topics of trust, family office, cross-border asset protection and international asset planning, with the main theme of The Dawn of a New Era: Tax and Estate Planning in the Age of Transparency.
Another highlight that’s quite important to this summit is the AOA (Asia Offshore Forum) member workshop held on the second day of the event (5/25). The workshop had discussion topics on “Insights of China's Implementation of Financial Transparency and Spontaneous Exchange of Information” and the new hot topic of CRS, as well as other hot topics in Asia’s offshore finance industry, and industry leader David Zhang, who is also founder of CubeTech Global Asset Investment Consulting Co., Ltd. and a guest of this summit and an AOA member, had an in-depth discussion with the members.
